Ugarit-Award

Dear authors,

For the first time in the history of our publishing house, an international jury will honor the most innovative study with the Ugarit Award, which is sponsored by the Ugarit publishing house.

In January, this jury decides on:

a. the article of one of our yearbooks with the most innovative, scientific result,

b. the monograph of one of our series with the most innovative, scientific result.

The following will be awarded:

a. the most innovative article with 750 €,

b. the most innovative monograph with € 1,500,

whereby all subject areas such as anthropology, archeology, philology and history of religion are treated equally.

The decision will be announced for the first time in March 2021.
